Here's what you'll need: a Secret of your choice (above I used Salty Secret), water, and a spray bottle (I picked mine up from Walmart.)  

To start, you'll want to pour the Secret into the spray bottle. Then depending on the richness in color will be up to you on how much water you add to the bottle, as well as how large of a project you're wanting to do. A 50/50 ratio seems to work best for this look. 

 Give it a few test sprays first to make sure it's more of a mist and then spray across the greenery. Don't get too close or you will get droplets. Keep a good 6 inches or more between your thriving fake plant and the bottle. 

Let dry for about 60 seconds and you're all set.
