Hello friends!

Long time no sea..... but the sea has returned.... sort of. 

Over the last year, I received several questions and I wanted to answer a few of the most common ones to bring you up-to-date.

Last year as my health took a turn, we closed down SeaPaints.

This year, we are coming back, but in a unique way that allows us to keep building our homestead while maintaining my health. 

Over the past year, my health has improved significantly and due to that I'm willing to give this a go again... in moderation....something I've never been very good about but I'm learning to be.

Now for those questions... let's dive in....

Are we reopening? 

Short answer: sort of

Long answer: We have decided not to shut down the business for good. Instead, we're going to be opening only 4 days a year. One day each season the website will spring to life allowing you to purchase SeaPaints within that 24 hour window. The days will change, but it will always fall on a 13th. Sign up for our newsletter with your email so you don't miss out. 

Do you think you'll ever open full-time again?

Short answer: no

Long Answer: No. We will be open a maximum of 4 days a year. With the exception of our handmade jewelry. 

 Do you post paint videos, or project ideas anymore?

Short answer:Yes

Long answer: I really only post these types of videos on Patreon now and occasionally include them in my blogs as well. You can sign up for the newsletter to receive those or visit the blog list on JessSea.co

 Will you ever write another book?

Short answer: maybe

Long answer: I'm currently working on a book for those with PMDD in the future, you may hear my little story about some sea dragons, but in the meantime, you can read my short stories for free on jesssea.co

 What happened to all of your old seapaint blogs?

Short answer: I'm an idiot

Long answer: I accidentally deleted them in the process of updating the website. I've been slowly adding new ones back in. Please excuse my stupidity.

   On the days that you are open, will it be the same shades each time?

Short answer: no

Long answer: the shades will change a little each time, depending on the season the only shade that we guaranteed to have absolutely every round is Sea Salt, so if you see a shade that you feel like you can't live without we definitely advise on stocking up on that particular shade because the likelihood of it being repeated throughout the year is slimmer than you think. We are working with a significantly smaller crew than we're used to and due to this you'll see a very limited availability of the colors that you've grown to love. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience, but we hope you appreciate these pop-up shops along the way.
