The Best Sealer for High-Touch Furniture (Matte, Non-Yellowing)

The Best Sealer for High-Touch Furniture (Matte and Satin, Non-Yellowing)

Tables, cabinets, and dressers take a beating. Here’s how to pick a non-yellowing, wipeable sealer for SeaPaint and apply it streak-free.

When to seal (+ when you can skip)

    • Seal: kitchen/bath, kids’ rooms, tabletops, furniture.

    • Maybe skip: low-touch decor signs (touch-ups easier unsealed).

    Matte vs satin: which sheen?

    • Matte: modern, hides flaws, easy touch-ups. Wipeable

    • Satin: soft sheen. Wipeable
