I’m so glad you’re here.

Hi, I’m JessSea, an author, entrepreneur, and PMDD advocate. This year, I'm shifting gears and making the heart of my work one mission: providing tools, connection, and hope for those living with PMDD. 

As an author, I share pieces of my own journey through projects like The SeaCult and The PMDD Chronicles, and Fuck PMDD- a passionate podcast about surviving PMDD(coming soon).

As an entrepreneur, I build with purpose with a focus on launching welcoming community spaces online to developing products designed to inspire and sooth.

Most of the year, my work is dedicated to supporting people who live with PMDD. This website is where I share resources, tips, healthy coping mechanisms, ideas, and encouragement for anyone walking that path.

Due to putting my focus on helping those with PMDD, my entrepreneurial endeavors are limited to only a few select special days a year.

After a wonderfully fast paced journey of selling over a million jars, SeaPaints is no longer available year round. But it isn't gone for good. Starting in 2026, you can purchase SEAPAINTS four times a year, one day each season. Always on the 13th. 

• March 13 2026 – Spring Bloom

• June 13 2026  – Summer Splash

• September 13 2026 – Autumn Glow

• December 13 2026  – Winter Drop

When the shop opens, it’s a short window. Once the day ends, the colors are gone until the next season or possibly auctioned off.
