I've always been a big "Friends" fan...the TV show. Although having friends is nice too I guess.
Having grown up watching episodes on TV Each week, it's almost a nostalgia thing for me.
And although it gave me a really skewed idea of adulthood and the cost of rent in NYC, it also gave me lots of laughs and reliability.
You see, I'm an unfortunate blend of Monica's neuroticism and Chandler's awkwardly inappropriate way with existence and words.
I'm honestly surprised that I still somehow even have friends.
But back to the other "Friends"
When I think "Friends" for some reason, I instantly picture Monica's purple door and the bright yellow frame that adorns it.
After years of admiring it's ornate curves and it's utter uselessness, I decided I definitely needed to have one.
Pretty sure I was right, because look at how it turned out. Here's the door in the SeaPaint store.

Unfortunately, we glued that motherfucker pretty solid so I lost my door when we moved.
This week, I ordered a new yellow frame so I can do it all over again to the door of my craft studio... stay tuned.
